SHIPPING

• All shipments within the Netherlands are generally sent out within 1 to 2 business days. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email letting you know your items have been dispatched, including tracking details

• Depending on your location within the Netherlands, allow up to 1-3 days for your order to be delivered

• We stock 95% of the products advertised on our website, which means that we can dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received. However, if the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of any possible delays

• Customers are more than welcome to contact us to confirm stock availability prior to placing an order as well

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship all over the world, however, our store doesn't have every single location around the world listed as shipping options. If you can't find yours, please get in touch if you would like a quote for your international order

• International deliveries within the EU can take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your location. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email

TRACKING

• All our shipments can be tracked. We use a range of courier companies including DHL, UPS, TNT and PostNL to deliver your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible

• We can never guarantee delivery though, as couriers occasionally misroute parcels, items may be out of stock, or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs

• Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Goods will be shipped where stock is available, and the goods are standard items, not custom items

• Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only, and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you before sending any other items

DANGEROUS GOODS

• All Dangerous Goods such as SFX Fluids are sent via road freight, depending on which class determines what courier we will utilize to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible
