We stock 95% of the products advertised on our website, which means that we can dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received. However, if the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of any possible delays. Customers are more than welcome to contact us to confirm stock availability prior to placing an order, especially for bulk orders.


Yes, we ship all over the world. However, our store doesn't have every single location around the world listed as shipping options. If you can't find yours, please get in touch if you would like a quote for your international order.

It depends on where you are. All shipments within the Netherlands will take 1-3 days to arrive. International deliveries within the EU can take anywhere from 10 business days depending on your location. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your order is extremely urgent, we are able to assist with getting your order dispatched and to you asap. In rare instances, it may take our courier longer to deliver a package than initially estimated. Of course, the goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 5-7 days of it being shipped, please make sure you check your tracking number and any issues, please contact us!

That means that you can use any of these payment methods to make purchases on our site, without having to worry about extra fees. We will pack up your order for shipment as soon as the payment is authorized. Usually the verification process is finished within just a few minutes, though in some cases it can take up to one day. There are no transaction fees for credit card payments.

Return and refund

We always want to make sure that our customers are 100% happy with our products. So, should an item be faulty upon receipt, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved through our remote support, we ask that you please return the item to us in its original, unused and unmodified condition, and we will promptly and courteously exchange it or refund you, in the same form as your original payment.

For your protection, please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting/return when you return items to us, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

The delivery / shipping charges are not refundable. Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. 

Any returned unwanted items must return unopened seals intact and undamaged. Please note, we do not accept returns of unwanted used items as we cannot resell them.
