Return and Refund Policy - Consumer

Returns
  • It may happen that your order is not to your satisfaction or that you would prefer to receive something else. We are, of course, happy to resolve this for you promptly, whether it be through a new product, refund, or repair. If you are dissatisfied with a purchased item, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days, thereby revoking the agreement without specifying reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. Products specially ordered are exempt from this right. Business orders are excluded from the return policy.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us through an unequivocal statement via email to info@sparkularshop.com of your decision to revoke the agreement. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expire.
  • If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that moment, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to revoke the agreement.
  • If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Refund Period
  • We may wait to refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to revoke the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
  • The costs for return shipment are at your expense.

Value Reduction due to Damage
  • You are solely liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exchanging Your Products
  • You also have the option to exchange your product. You can send us an email at info@sparkularshop.com, specifying which products you would like to receive in exchange. We will then dispatch these products to you and settle any outstanding amount accordingly.
